Dr.Somchoke Kittisakulnam and his co-advisee, Miss Sasipim Wisetwongsa, who won the Nestlé Nutrition Research Award 2023, with the research topic of “Antioxidant and Blood Pressure Lowering Activities of Bioactive Compounds and Peptides found in Different Thai Fermented Fish with Red Yeast Rice (Pla-Paeng-Dang)" in the 16th Thailand Congress of Nutrition "Innovation for Promoting Healthy Nutrition and Ageing" March 15-16, 2023 at the BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, Bangna, Bangkok.

  • Congratulations to Ms. Kawisara Yimmongkol, a student of the Bachelor of Science (Public Health) Program, Major in Nutrition and Dietetics, for being selected to participate in the Nihon Pharmaceutical University (NPU) Online Program 2021, Japan, which is a 5-week online academic and cultural exchange program, being held between 5-9 July 2021.

Technology-transfer research for commercialization

  • The signing ceremony of the license agreement on research titled "Production technology and process of formed protein from sacha inchi" between Mahidol University and Nikao Cooperation Co., Ltd., at the Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University, on 15 Jan 2020 |Detail
  • The first research of the Faculty of Public Health was transferred for substantial commercialization. Licensing of 4 formulations of Thai-style thickened foods for the elderly with dysphagia, and their production processes was done for the commercialized expansion. |Detail
